Overview

Tenndi was born from the need of small and medium businesses to serve customers outside business hours without losing sales. The platform enables an AI assistant to respond via WhatsApp as if it were the business owner: taking orders, scheduling appointments, answering questions, and even processing payments.

The assistant understands voice messages, maintains conversation context, and allows the owner to step in with one click when personalized attention is needed.

What we did

  • Next.js 16
  • TypeScript
  • Supabase
  • Claude AI
  • WhatsApp Cloud API
  • MercadoPago
  • Google Calendar

Key features

The platform supports multiple business types: restaurants, retail, professional services, beauty salons, veterinary clinics and more. Each business configures their assistant without technical knowledge.

The system includes a real-time dashboard for monitoring conversations and metrics, an integrated product catalog, MercadoPago payment processing with automatic payment links, and Google Calendar synchronization for appointment management.

The multi-tenant architecture ensures data isolation between businesses with Supabase Row Level Security, while Claude AI integration as the primary engine (with Groq as fallback) ensures natural and contextual responses.
